Website and enquiries
The hosting provider may process IP addresses, request times, URLs, browser details and errors for operation and security under legitimate interests (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). The form processes name, email, optional company and phone, subject, language and message. Messages go to info@rivado.nl to handle enquiries and potential services (Article 6(1)(b), or (f) for other enquiries). Required fields are needed to send and answer the enquiry.
Retention and recipients
Enquiries are kept for as long as handling, services or legal retention requirements require, then deleted. Hosting and email providers may receive data to perform their services. Rivado must confirm and add the actual providers and retention periods before official use.
Cookies and language
Cookie preferences are stored for up to 180 days. Language preferences remain in local browser storage until website data is cleared. An older language cookie from the PHP version may persist for up to one year. Fonts load locally; no own analytics or advertising scripts are installed.
MarineTraffic
The optional vessel map loads only with consent (Article 6(1)(a)). MarineTraffic then receives data including IP address and browser details and may use cookies or similar technology. Withdraw future consent through Cookie settings in the footer. Remove existing third-party cookies in your browser. External links have their own privacy rules. Any recipients outside the EEA and transfer safeguards must be checked and added using current provider information before official use.
Your rights
Contact info@rivado.nl to request access, correction, deletion, restriction and, where applicable, portability. You may object to legitimate-interest processing for reasons relating to your situation. Consent may be withdrawn without affecting prior lawful processing. You may complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or your competent supervisory authority. The form makes no automated decisions or profiling.
