Where does Rivado inspect?
At DFDS Vlaardingen and Stena Line Hoek van Holland, and by arrangement at loading sites, auctions and company yards.
Which trailers can be checked?
Trailer checks cover visible damage and condition. Reefer checks also cover setpoint, actual temperature, refrigeration unit and power supply. Agree the trailer type and required scope when ordering.
Is the service available 24/7?
Rivado provides terminal service 365 days a year and is reachable seven days a week. Arrange your required inspection time directly with us.
How quickly will I receive the report?
Damage and deviations are reported immediately. You also receive daily reports with the documented inspection results. We agree the format and delivery method when you place your order.
Can entire fleets be checked?
Yes. Rivado also checks larger fleets, company vehicles, service vans and equipment, periodically or on request.
What happens if damage is found?
We document the damage with photos, contact you directly and help determine the next step.
